Megan is a lifelong athlete who was nationally ranked as a gymnast at the age of 7. She then ran track and cross country in high school and held the team record on the women’s 4x200m and 4x400m relays for several years. During her time in these sports, Megan held the role of team captain and that sparked a desire to serve and lead those around her in whatever capacity she could.
Since graduating high school, Megan obtained her Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine followed by a handful of other specializations and the Master Trainer certificate from 2012 to present. Megan has used that skill to serve her community and our Nation’s finest working with military members, first responders, and their spouses. Megan became a Commissioned Level 3 security officer and Level 4 bodyguard in Texas in 2021 to further serve our community and used that to protect our houses of worship for several years before relocating out of state.
These are just what you see on paper of who she is. The deeper things include being a USAF Pilot wife, a homeschool mom, a friend, a daughter, a sister, and so much more. Megan has used each one of her skillsets to further her knowledge and ability to protect those around her and educate them the best she can. Whether it be training a client for physical fitness for everyday life and tactical advantage or writing an article or blog post that may spark a new passion in someone or simply make them feel seen and not alone, Megan feels very blessed to be a part of this team and collaborate with some of the best in the industry.
